Sweet Potato Bread: Variations

I made a couple more loafs of sweet potato bread. This time I cut the sugar by half a cup, used 1 T of cinnmon and 3 cups of boiled and mashed potatoes. I prefer this combination: the bread is still tasty but not as sweet. Also, with thoroughly mashed potatoes -- no lumps -- the bread has a very nice and consistent texture and colour.
