Klaus versus the EU

The Economist wrote a short piece on the collapse of the Czech government and how it might impact the next three months that the Czechs control the EU presidency. While president Vaclav Klaus can't derail the Lisbon Treaty or the negotiations to cut carbon emissions, he may certainly try.
